Return Process

You may return items for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside this window cannot be accepted.
To start a return, please contact support@bennettvale.com.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please pack all items securely to prevent damage during transit.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
This process can take up to 7 days.
We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email support@bennettvale.com within 30 days of delivery.
Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Only unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for exchange.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@bennettvale.com as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
